Anyone tried SmoothTorque by venturevoip

I am expanding and my next plan is a small call center.
I am looking for predictive dialing, voice broadcasting, CRM integration.

the best thing I found so far is SmoothTorque

I was wounding if anyone had any experience with SmoothTorque or is there another solution that might work for a call center.

trixbox and vicidial

anyone have luck integrating the newest releases of trixbox and vicidial together. I've been long waiting this solution. any info would be great.
