Avoiding Busy signal and Straight to IVR

Hi guys,

I was wondering if any of you would know how to configure TB so that when your POTS is in use, instead of getting a busy signal when someone is attempting to call, that it goes stright to an IVR?

If you are talking about an incoming POTS call then this is impossible as your POTS line is physically engaged

Thanks for the response. I was hoping to be able to do it like my POTS carrier does, when I am on the phone and my line is busy, callers get my voicemail and not a busy signal but I guess a lot more technology and equipment goes into that as a appose to one phone line, TB and an X100P! lol
