broken miscapp and miscdest

I installed 2.8.0.1, then backed up old server using freepbx, copied to another server that had 2.8.01 and same version of freepbx, restored, that worked. Then did a save via tbm_backup and transferred to new server then did a restore using tbm_backup, that kind of worked, now I have 2 broken modules miscapp and miscdest, when i try to install it says module not found, any ideas.
