Hi,
I searched on this forum for a solution to the mentioned subject, but no dice.
So, now i'm posing my question here.

Two things

1) The one trixbox i have, does not have the message when you phone it, that says calls are recorded. How can i set/enable the message ?
2) Also, on another trixbox i have, the same message does not play when you phone the trixbox anymore. Apparently, the main number of the office changed, and now the message does not play.

Please assist.

It does look like there is a pre-recorded message under /var/lib/asterisk/sounds entitled "this-call-may-be-monitored-or-recorded.gsm", but I'm not sure how to add that message to an IVR. The announcement that calls may (or will) be recorded can be added to your IVR, so you'd record the message yourself under system recordings and use that message in one of your IVR's.
If the IVR doesn't play anymore, you may want to check your inbound routes and make sure that you don't have a DID Number listed there. If the phone number changed (and therefore the DID number), you could either change the DID Number to the correct number or just clear out the field and leave it blank.
