Kudos to the OP for publishing this, although I'm not a MS CRM user, I can imagine this being useful to more than a few people in corporate environments.

I like Microsoft because they make buggie software every year. That gives us a lot of business for just helping our customers to fixing it. haha... If they don't make buggie software anymore, my company is going to close door. When it come to the point no fix or no soultion, I will find open source solutions to to cover the MS dead spot. One of my customer was asking to replace their phone system with a requirement - It needs to be able to integrate with their existing MS Dynamic CRM. Now I know what I can recommand to them. Thanks Tim.
 
MSCRM integration

Well this is only a tiny part of the picture if you need to integrate Asterisk with Dynamics CRM. Actually most of the hard work is done by HUDLite, which gives you dialling from Outlook and screen pops on incoming calls. But, if you really wanted to integrate with Dynamics CRM, you'd need to open the caller's CRM records and record a phone call activity in the database, and that will take a bit of work.
