Camp On for FreePBX

I'm starting this thread to solicit comments on development of Camp On functionality for FreePBX. I would be development this to coincide with the next major FreePBX release.

Camp on would allow a caller that hits a users busy voicemail the option of being called back when the user becomes available.

I know this has been discussed before, but I'm hoping a bounty can be raised to get this project done.
