RESOLVED - Configure busy back on an extension when busy

Is it possible to set an extension/ring group/queue to return a busy signal when an inbound call is passed to this queue? For instance when an automated call distribution system tries to pass a call to a queue, if it received a busy tone it could roll the call on to a different trunk/system.

Did you manage to get this working ?

I too am looking for a call back on busy feature.

Help much apprieciated.

Nope. I've not found a fix for this yet. TBH I just posted this question and hoped for some advice. I haven't had time to do any other research into this problem externally. It's a 'would really like to have' feature really. Not mission critical.

Fixed I think.

If I change the 'Destination if no answer:' to 'Terminate Call' and choose 'Busy' from the drop down, I'm pretty sure this will work.
