== Connect attempt from '127.0.0.1' unable to authenticate

All,
I just when through and changed my default passwords following the instructions found here ->http://www.sureteq.com/blog/?p=21. However when is do a asterisk -r I am now getting the following message.
== Connect attempt from '127.0.0.1' unable to authenticate
== Connect attempt from '127.0.0.1' unable to authenticate
== Connect attempt from '127.0.0.1' unable to authenticate
== Connect attempt from '127.0.0.1' unable to authenticate
Does anyone know how to resolve this? Any help would be greatly appriciated.

I gues the problem is more widespread
