Not sure why this still isn't on the Digium website, but Digium announced this morning a new FAX for Asterisk module to provide a high level of reliable faxing over PSTN or over VoIP (t.38). Although announced and available for download/purchase, I have just tried it and some of their setup systems are not functioning yet so you can't actually get it working quite yet (and its not a simple process either). As soon as I see that their systems are functioning and you can get it working I will update this thread. In the meantime you can read the press release at:
