FCC license needed for my service? please help

Hello,

I am wondering a little and worried. I am using a FCC approved termination provider and I do not do any terminating. Meaning I send my calls to my provider and they worry about the details of termination. Am i regarded as a tier 2 provider? Do i need to get a FCC license?

I am going to be LLC approved so do you think that is enough? Please really need answer to this. I live in the US. if I do need it is there anyway to bypass this rule by maybe hosting my server in a different country?

That statement leads me to believe you are doing something you're not supposed to, such as telemarketing during dinner time to numbers that are on the do not call list (or some other mischievous or illegal activity).

Please correct me if I'm wrong.
