Forward an external call between internal number

Hello,

i don't find any post on forum regarding this issue.
This is my configuration:
10 internal all on the same ring-group (6001, 6002, etc)

if i have an external call, for example the internal 6002 answers, the operator want to forward this call to another internal so i want to know two things:
- how can he forward the call to a specific internal (e.g. 6001)?
- how can he forward the call to all numbers of ring-group?

Unless I'm missing something in your request you would simply transfer the call to the desired number. That number can be an extension or a ring group. xfer->201 would transfer the call to extension 201. xfer->6001 would transfer to ring group 6001.

Then how can i transfert on a specific ring-group?

It's ## for transfer, Asterisk will prompt for the extension.

Dial options have to be set correctly under general settings.
