does anyone know way for this:
you call Asterisk and you are tnasfered to IVR...you listen some part of it and then connect to Operator for example... AFter talk with him, he realise you need to listen for example IVR-44 which customer didnt find for example, is there option to transfer him directly to that desired part of system or only way is to transfer him with
#7777 so he is again on start?
of course, any idea, to do something else, i mean other way in which operator can interact with caller (play wav or whatever) would be nice ... transfer to some agi script or whatever...
