Any body tell me how how to add and configure phone book/directory and put in a voice mail

For the Directory, on way is to check out under FreePBX in Tools / Asterisk Phonebook. I have my extensions in there and a few phone numbers.

To add a Voicemail box, I believe this is handled in FreePBX under Extensions. If you have your extensions defined, look at one of them (preferably on that you want to have voicemail) look close to the bottom for something that says "Voicemail & Directory". This is where you'd define a Voicemail box for that extension.
