How to handle callerID when customer is behind PBX system?

Hey guys, here's my question, suppose you're trying to use the callback feature, and one of your customers calls from behind a PBX machine (such as people calling from most medium-large companies) the callerID graber feature of Asterisk will not get the right number. How can we overcome that so we can call him back at the right number? the ideal would be to maybe read back to him our perceived callerID and ask him to verify that's the right one, and if it isn't, ask him to enter his right caller ID. how would that be done? I read something about PrivacyManager but I don't know if that'll do the trick. Thanks guys.
J.

Huh?

So, you want the caller to have to confirm their caller ID, if it's wrong you want them to key it in?

This won't always work anyhow because many people call from a system where they don't have a direct dial number, you can only get to them by entering an extension.

So, I would say that for the caller, this would be annoying at best and it would only work when they have a direct dial number.
