Inphonex registration issues

Hello,
I have recently got inphonex DID number.
I was follow the instruction from inphonex, but doesn't work for me.
My normal registration works fine.

This is my old registration:
XXXXXXX:my-password@sip.inphonex.com

Instruction from inphonex (doesn't work for me)
XXXXXXX:my-password@inphonex.com/DID

Where XXXXXXX is my Virtual number.

Also, i create an inbound line with my DID.

try varphonex.com instead of

try varphonex.com instead of inphonex.com
the inphonex server no longer is in use

I transfer everything to

I transfer everything to varphonex.com and still the same problem.
Any other idea?.
