Hi i have a problem with this installation, the system finish your instalation but in the first boot the system hang executing "91_pbxconfig_setup.sh"
I am running esxi 3.5
this is not normal, at this time the machine takes 2 days in this process.
i am follow the problem to "/usr/src/tbm-pbxconfig/install_amp"
i ejecute: ./install_amp --username asteriskuser --password amp109
the output is:

The problem was that the server where you install trixbox absolutely requires internet access.

Yes you can install without internet access but it can take a while. Even if you have an IP and a local DNS server it will be fast. But if you have no network interface at all it can take some time to install.
