Making sip trunk available to fxo trunk

I have a trixbox that I have connected to my company PBX using a 4 fxo ports. The trixbox connect via sip to my Hong Kong CME. I can make calls between the trixbox and HK CME. I can also make call from my HK cme to my company PBX over the 4 FXO line, but when I try to make calls from my PBX to trixbox or HK CME I get put to the IVR.

I use to use trixbox about 4 years ago and am very familiar with context, but I'm new to trixbox and freepbx. I need to be able to change the context for the FXO ports so I can make calls directly from my PBX to my trixbox or CME. I enable DISA and I am able to dial everything, but am still unable to do extension to extension dialing.
