I am going to build up tribox in my company and connect it to tel phone system through patch panel. However, I am very confusing which hardware such as x100p I need to buy?

I would suggest something more like a Rhino or Sangoma card - you will have better luck. Your phone system doesnt deserve to be run on a $5 modem like the x100p, although you may have luck with it, you wont get any support (sounds like you are new at this;). Sangoma and Rhino both have great support, and James from Rhino reads this forum everyday.
