Outbound Calling

I have Kind of a weird problem.

I am using TB 2.6.1 when I try and make an outbound call it only works about 25% of the time. The rest of the time I get messages from the Telco saying “you must first dial a 1 for this number” when I am dialing a one for the number.

I am using Analog lines with a Sangoma A200 card

Outbound Route:

311
411
911
011.
1800NXXXXXX
1866NXXXXXX
1877NXXXXXX
1888NXXXXXX
1NXXNXXXXXX
NXXNXXXXXX
NXXXXXX

Trunk sq:

0 ZAP/2
1 ZAP/1

Any suggestions would be very helpful

Thanks,

-John

I think i might of solved my own problem.

On my trunk setup i only put my area code + 7digit number when i added the 1 + area code +7 digits it seemed to fix the problem.

Could this be the problem? or do i need to dig deeper?

Thanks
