Hi. I am having problems with the above phone. It was bought used from the internet and now I cannot config it. I have found the ip address but can't get into the phone to reset it.It also appears the menu button doesn't work,or I am doing something wrong. Anyone got any Ideas Please.

Read the manual and do a factory reset.

tried doing factory rest

tried doing factory rest using keypad buttons. No go ,and the menu button does not appear to be working
