I'm looking at trixbox CE or Pro for a project I'm working on.
I'm looking at the Aastra 57i for my stations.

My question is about the conference bridge
Does the pbx have a feature or is there some kind of add-on that integrates so I can allow the host to also provide a presentation to the attendee's?
If any of you have used WebEx that's basically the idea.

Now I know I could find something and set it up myself but I'm looking for something easy to use that...idiot users can use lol :)
They have no full time support so I don't want anything too complicated.

Thanks alot,

Kenny

Conferencing is a standard

Conferencing is a standard feature of CE. There is also a web interface to schedule and manage conferences.

Several CTI packages (not sure if HUD does this) allow you to drag extensions and calls into a conference room.

CE supports as many conferences as your computer and trunking resources can handle.

No there is nothing like WebEx for a PBX...not even close
use logmein / Teamviewer / VNC for that type stuff

Do you mean just straight up

Do you mean just straight up conferencing or a bridge
I just got off the phone with a vendor and he said I needed EE to support a conf bridge.

Thanks,

Kenny

If you're talking

about a standard voice conference than CE can do that...

There is also web-meetme (http://trixbox.org/wiki/web-meetme-3-trixbox-2-4) - I can't remember if this supports the web-ex style conferencing tho... Scott?
