I've just been shouted and told that all the active calls dropped at the same time. Again.
Typically, I wasn't in the box as it happened, so I jumped in quick as I could and caught this much.

Found it a little odd that not all of the channels restarted (1, 3 and 5 aren't shown anyway)
No one was in the box, nothing has changed in the last.... ages. Before Christmas at least.
Has anyone got any theories?
