Hi all,
I created a ring group and put my cell number in there so I can have my queue call it... however, when it rings my cell phone, it would ring about 2 times only, when i set it to ring at least 60 seconds... I really can't confirm any call or pick anything up if it rings so quickly like this.
can anybody help?
