Single Voicemail box

I am sure I have seen the answer to this before in one of the forums, but I have searched without success.

We want to have a single voice mail box for each ring group. For example if we have extensions 101, 102 and 103 in a ring group, I want any messages left on these extensions to go into the voicemail box on say 103.

Anybody able to help?

Thanks

Colin

On each extension in the

On each extension in the group, set the 'mailbox' parameter to point to the same voicemail. Example: mailbox: 1000@device

Tried this (seemed the obvious one) but that doesn't seem to work.

The idea of using "follow me" is one workaround but there must be a cleaner way.

I'm sorry, the follow me or ring group needs to be defined with a destination of the one voicemail box as a no answer destination. The mailbox setting in the extensions will handle the message waiting indicator on all of the programmed phones.

Define more than one mailbox

Praeter, do you know if it is possible to define more than one mailbox? So the message waiting indicator will light if there is new mail on either of the voicemail-boxes. Our users have got their own voicemailbox and then one for their queue.

One other thing, it must be

One other thing, it must be too early, the type parameter must be set to 'peer'.

Soren, I have not tried it but it says you can comma seperate multiple mailboxes.
