SNOM 360 pwr issue.

At my home/office I have a snom 360 fw ver. 6.5.15. Everytime I lose power, the screen on the phone freezes or goes completely blank. Either way, a manual power cycle is the only way to get it to come back to life.

I'm sure using PoE or having it plugged into a ups would rectify the situation, but for future reference for potential clients that may not use PoE or ups's at every desk, is this the norm?

thoughts...?

It shouldn't be normal, but

It shouldn't be normal, but it happens to me on one location with no POE. 7 phones (6x360+1x300) and problem is only with 360 that are not connected to UPS. Especialy one in the kitchen area, but I think that one is going crazy frequently because it's right next to microwave. Try to avoid microwaves ! Snom 300 never had problem. Maybe if you try to use different power supply, not original snom.
