I would like to configure an incoming call on ZAP/1 to hit the IVR, but have DISA as an option that is not listed. At this current time, i have both working, but not at the same time. Because i have to change the destination. Thank you

You can set it up the way

You can set it up the way you described. I do that. In fact, I have my own way of getting into each client's DISA when I need to do occasional tests or duplicate an issue my client is having while I do not have a computer available.
Simply create a DISA, go to IVR, set a new option. The new option does not need to be 0-9. It can be anything, such as 332. Point this new option to your DISA route, and now when you dial in, you just dial 332 for DISA. Make sure you configured the zap channel to pickup with the IVR

Good luck let me know if you need any further assistance with this
