trixbox 2.6 cannot make outbound call using trunk

HI all,

Need your help regarding my trixbox 2.6
I cannot make a outbound call using sip trunk.
here my trixboz configuration :

client behind nat ---->my trixbox(IP public) ------>asterisk partner (IP public) ----->PSTN

1. Is it the CLIENT cant pass through to the trunk?
2. Is your Sip trunk registered properly?
3. What message does the client get?

Thanks for reply,
Our SIP client can register to our trixbox and already can make call on net.
The problem is betweeen our trixbox and our asterisk partner. When client try to make call off net, they get the voice mail "this account not valid and our circuit is busy.
FYI that our trixbox already can register to our asterisk partner.
