we working creating one system for customer services, I need that clients will can select your Lenguage and your Product, (3 Lenguage and 5 Products), now I working with 3 IVR options for select your Lenguage(Inglesh, Frances, Espanol), below we have 3 IVR (one for lenguage) for select your product, below we have destinations to fours queues (one for product), thats the way we can configure queues with CID (Lenguage + Product choise for customer); but this is(3 Lenguage * 5 Products) total 15 queues and is impossible that operators is loging to each queue and we cant configure static extensions in all queues, becouse we have diferent operators by hours.
also if we configure one ring-group for the operators "CID" of queues is lost.

I need that the operator will can see in your extension the Lenguage and Product choice by the customer.
