Unable to upload custom announcements (System Recordings)

Greetings to all,

I seem to be having a problem with uploading custom recordings (System Recordings) that I want to use for my IVR. I followed the IVR tutorial from Kerry with putting in the extension and then upload of the custom file, but I'm getting a ...

[ERROR] The Recorded File Does Not exists:
/tmp/2000-ivrrecording.wav

make sure you uploaded or recorded a file with the entered extension

I have uploaded the files manually in to /var/lib/asterisk/sounds/custom, but I'm not sure how to get the system to read that they are there.

I'm running v2.6.1.10...

Any help would be great...
