Yeastar TDM800

Hi guys,

I having trouble installing the yeastar tdm800 card. I have follow the driver instruction of yeastar upto point 10.

When I type the genzaptelconf command I just get the following

-bash: genzaptelconf: command not found

I have mail there support but is not helpfull at all.

If someone give pleae assit me that will be great. I am using the last version 2.8.0.3

Trixbox 2.8 uses DAHDI,

Trixbox 2.8 uses DAHDI, genzaptelconf has been deprecated for dahdi_genconf. As always setup-pstn in trixbox links to the appropriate autoconfig script. That said you cant compile zaptel drivers against dahdi so there is a chance your not as far as you think.

Hi Spyker,

I have a failed system that I'm about to do a re-install of Trixbox 2.8.0.4 onto.

Any chance you'd be able to let me know what it is you did to get the Yeastar TDM800 working in your installation?

I would not reinstall trixbox. It uses end of life and unsupported versions of Asterisk and FreePBX.

Since you need to rebuild I suggest using FreePBX distro or PBX in flash.

Both use Asterisk and FreePBX like tribox and have vibrant support communities.
