yum -y update failed

I just executed a yum -y update and it failed during the checking. This is what I got:

Transaction Check Error:
file /lib/modules/2.6.18-92.1.18.e15/kernel/drivers/net/r8169.ko conflicts between attempted installs of kernel-2.6.18-92.1.18.e15 and r8169-6.005.00-1.2.6.18_92.1.18.e15

Any ideas on how to resolve this transaction check error?

Perfect. His suggestion fixed the problem. I should have searched by Transaction Check Error instead of YUM Update failed.
