Trixbox on 8G SD card is working perfectly. Sound quality is so perfect.

I think that's a brilliant idea - that's why I did it too :). No moving parts, less heat, less electricity, less noise. I installed mine on a 2GB SD card and it's running fine with 180M of space remaining. It's running on my home system so I turned off Linux and Asterisk logging in order to save some write cycles on the SD card.
