Anybody have issue of IVR direct dial with Viatalk

Anybody using Viatalk as provider? Do you have issue with direct dial of extension? I know two people have issues. The trixbox IVR only recognize the first key pressed and the rest of the key press is ignored. So the extension cannot be transfered if the call is from outside. Internal simulation of extension transfer is done correctly.
