I'm trying to find a VoiP provider that can do high-volume orders. Has anyone worked with a large provider out there? I need to do as many as around 1k 800 numbers and lots of available minutes, as well as 4-5 9's reliability on the providers network. Any suggestions?

With the amount of volume you are talking about, if you want "Carrier" level service, why not just go to a carrier?

Level 3 and Global Crossing come to mind out of the blue...

Of course, they expect you to have more money and business than God before they will talk to you. Sounds like you have enough business to go direct so why not do so?

We're still not pushing enough business for level3, unfortunately. I did just talk to sales, though and they pointed me to their major resellers. Looks like they'll be able to provide what I need!

Try i3 Networks. We had a lot of discussions with them this summer and they seem to be fairly aggressive. They are definitely interested in working with you, not against you (rather nice for a change). We ended up buying our own switch so we didn't do the deal, but it was our next choice. We worked with Gabe Blair and Nelson Polite. i3net.us
