Inbound / Outbound DID with MYTEL

Hi Guys,

I'm having some trouble setting up the inbound DID with Mytel. I have a PBX connect plan with an additional 6 lines.
The problem I'm having is when i add a DID number to an extension If the number is called from externally it goes to my ring all group and not the user with the DID defined.

This is the case for all the inbound DID numbers we have - It doesnt seem to forward to the correct extension.

As with outbound it is only displaying the main number not the extensions that it is being called from.

Has anyone got a Mytel setup that works like this ?

I can provide logs if it helps -- as a side note -- inbound and outbound calls work fine -- it's just setting up the DID's correctly.

Please Help!

Kind Regards,

Matt.

Australian Mytel connection

Sorry -- kind of new to this.

I've setup an Inbound route for one of the DID extensions I have - but looking at the incoming logs it seems that the number is hidden from the Trixbox.
The catch-all found 372636 which is my account with mytel -- does mytel block the DID by default?

Any help would be appreciated.
