Incoming calls hang-up in 45 seconds

Hi everybody,

I'm using Trixbox v2.8.0.3 with only one SIP trunk, connected to the inphonex.com provider. When I receive a call from this trunk to my extension, it automatically hang-up in 45 seconds. If I make an outbound call through this trunk, it last until I decide hang-up.
I have made tests connecting a softphone directly to the inphonex provider and it go well. So I think the problem is in the Trixbox/trunk configuration.

Thank you in advance for any advice to solve this problem.

Solved

The problem was not in the Trixbox configuration, it was in the firewall. In the office we use a Proxy in the firewall, so it doesn't let the Trixbox inform to the DID provider that the call was answered. I have configured a bypass for the Trixbox IP in the firewall proxy, that's it.

Bye

sip trunk inbound calls drop after 45 sec solved

After hrs of banging my head on my desk got a hint from my Sip Trunk provider.

Issue:

Inphonex Sip Trunk drops inbound calls at 45 seconds.

Solution:

Add the following to your sip_general_custom.conf

session-timers=refuse

restart asterisk and your calls should stay on after 45 seconds.
