It's not their SIP server

It's not their SIP server that matters, its the RTP. The RTP servers are probably dozens and you will have a hard time finding a list of addresses. Even if you had one they can change it anytime and you would never know.

We chose Bandwidth.com. Today, the service is flawless. We are very happy. Good ROI.

Junction is a ripoff. $50

Junction is a ripoff. $50 just to port your number for example.
Personally I like Bandwidth.com better, not because of the prices, because it's a big company and you know you can rely on them. How often do you hear "Junction Networks" vs. Bandwidth.com? Bandwidth is also a wholesaler and they are an ISP so you know that they can be reliable.
