Hi,
I would like to route calls from callerid lookup.
My caller id lookup is already in place and it looks up the customer account and names to display on the agents phone.
i plan to enter the prefered extension in my mysql database and if user is available forward directly to their extension otherwise handle call as normal (ivr)
can someone help me out with this.
can pay more if it is a lot of work but was expecting a few lines of code to do it.
