10 seconds for a call to start ringing ???

Hi All.
I have a PAP2T that generally functions perrfectly well.

I have not problems connecting my PAP2T to the Tixbox PC and have not problems receiving or making calls....EXCEPT....when I make a call from a phone connected to the PAP2T to say another extension ( a sofphone in this case) it takes 10...yes 10 seconds from pressing the talk button to dial the phone to when the other extension starts to ring !
If I make a cal from a softphone to another softphone or the sofphone to uniden phone, it rings straight away.

Anyone got any suggestions that I can try to see if I can speed it up?

Sounds like your dialplan in

Sounds like your dialplan in the ATA is not set up properly for extensions. That 10 seconds might be the ATA waiting for a timeout.

With my PAP2 when change in Regional menu the "Interdigit Long Timer" from 10 to 1 this fix my problem.
Now i make call in extention or out very fast from PAP2.

The real solution is to customize your dial plan in your line configuration.

If your reduce your interdigit time, if your to long to push button, you'll have to redial again...

It's better with a real good dial plan!
