Just found out the speeddials from the aastra.cfg file aren't been overwritten by configs from the endpoint manager. It appears the aastra wants them to be called 'prgkey1' and the endpoint manager calls them 'softkey1'. e.g.

aastra.cfg
prgkey1 type: speeddial
prgkey1 label: "Voice Mail"
prgkey1 value: *97

002023020101.cfg
softkey2 type: speeddial
softkey2 label: "Voice Mail"
softkey2 value: *97

Is there an easy way to get the endpoint manager to call them by the correct name ?

I don't have an answer for

I don't have an answer for you (I don't use endpoint manager), but I can tell you that the prgkey1 is used on the 9133i, 53i, etc.; and softkey1 is used on 480i, 57i. Is there an option to select the model phone in endpoint manager?
