BLF GXP2000

I've setup blf on all my GXP2000 phones....BLF works great internally if calls are from and to internal extensions. If a call comes from outside I can see the BLF flashing but when I try to use a phone to pick up it says this features is not available?

Any ideas?

So this issue is related to "call pickup", rather than BLF.

You can search for "call pickup" in this forum, or google.
