After spending hours getting everything dialed in for a customer with Cisco 7975 phones, I decided to document everything.

Perhaps one day Cisco will figure out, as Polycom did, that you can sell more product if you allow your firmwares to be freely downloaded. Then again they might sell less of their precious call manager if they did that, but I doubt it. Thanks for the guide Kerry.
