Extensions cannot call each other

I just installed a Polycom IP320,I already have a Grandstream gxp-2000 phone. Both phones are able to call out and are part of a ring group.

I cannot get the polycom (extension 102) to call the grandstream (extension 101) but the grandstream can call the polycom.

what do I need to look at? Both extensions are setup the same.

This seems to happen intermittently. when i cannot dial the extension, I get "your call cannot be completed as dialed"

thanks

I am having the exact same issue...

I have a bunch of Polycom IP550's (10 or so) plus a few Cisco 7941G-GEs and a couple of AAstra 6757i's. The Cisco's and the Aastra's can call any extension in my PBX, including the Polycoms, yet the Polycoms are unable to call each other or the Cisco's or AAstras. The extensions are all setup exactly the same through endpoint manager.

I'm running Trixbox CE v2.6.2.3

Any ideas?

Dial Plan - What do I need to change?

I have the same issue with IP430s and 501s. I ran LineShark and can see that the Polycoms are only sending the first two digits of my three digit extensions. Outbound calls to the world are fine from these phones and only appears to be an extension issue.

So my digitmap / dialplan in my sip.cfg looks like this:

digitmap dialplan.digitmap="[2-9]11|0T|011xxx.T
|[0-1][2-9]xxxxxxxxx|[2-9]xxxxxxxxx
|[2-9]xxxT" dialplan.digitmap.timeOut="3"/>

So what part is making my Polycoms not wait for the third digit?

Thanks,

Rob

First please note I edited

First please note I edited your post to make it readable. If folks would do this it makes it much easier to read.

You need an entry for 1xx I would put it after the operator entry.
