Grandstream 2000 Phone with Trixbox

I just bought two of these phones and can not get them to work with Trixbox. I have set up 2 extensions, I have both mapped in the endpoint manager. I go into their web gui's and specify the sip server IP address. I also put in the SIP user ID and Authenticate ID (which I assume is the extension number for both, no clear documentation can be found) and then the Authenticate password which is labeled as "secret" on the extension configuration panel in the FreePBX. Any and all tips and help would be great. Thanks!

They magically started working when I rebooted the server... who knows.
