Valcom Paging System/Sipura 3000

I am doing a phone installation and would like to use the Sipura 3000 that I own and tie it in to the Valcom Paging system that is currently installed in the building. I configured the Sipura as an extension in the trixbox and hooked a phone up, it all calls fine and everything, the problem comes when I connected it to the paging amplifier. When I connect the paging amp to the phone jack on the sipura, I get a dialtone over the speakers, which makes sense because the sipura detects that there is voltage on the line and of course would produce the dial tone. How would I go about setting this up? Would I setup trixbox to see the sipura as a trunk and use the FXO port on the sipura to connect to the paging amp instead? Any ideas are greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Any answer to this question?

I have a Valcom V-2100A from an old phone system, and have installed a Trix (2.8.0)

Looking for the right ATA to interface with, and of course how to set up

Cheers

Added: It would seem the above poster's thoughts of using FXO would be correct. I only need confirmation.

http://www.valcom.com/techsupport/pagecontrol_ts/v-9970.htm the Valcom tech support guy told me this is what I needed to make it run off an FXS port.
