Hello,

Are there any applications out there that would allow for the following.

Scenario:
Customer is given a unique ID at time of order.
Employee logs into web GUI to put order ID in and status updates.
Customer can call at any time for a status update on product/service.

Process:
Customer calls in on a dedicated DID that goes straight through to extension/application.
Customer puts in unique ID.
Customer gets status update and has ability to hit 0 to talk to an operator.

If no application is written, what would something like this cost? :)
