How to install "custom context"?

I don't have nothing like "custom context" in Module Admin. How to install it?

Trixbox 2.8.0.4 with all updates.

Download to your desktop

Download to your desktop (version 2.6 compatible not the latest) fromt http:/mirror.freepbx.org/modules to your desktop then use the install local module option.
