I have a Trixbox 2.6.2.5 running on a custome build PC, and a Digium 1TE121BF Single Span T1 card with echo cancelation. First off Im a PC Tech, network Admin and know nothing about Telephony. What I need to do is connect the Trixbox to an Infinity Call Center system. The Infinity has a 4 span T1 with 3 spans open and working. The Infinity is set as the client side, and I need the Trixbox to become the network side for SIP dial in (remote operators will use this for their call audio), and possible Longdistance calls out through Trixbox from the Infinity. So in short How can I make the Trixbox my VOIP (outbound) and SIP (inbound) Provider?

What I have done so far is I have connected the spans...Red light status on both ends. Tested each card and cable with loopback and get green status all around.
Any help would be so appreciated!!

This is an ambitious

This is an ambitious undertaking for someone who does not know telephony.

To start with you need crossover cables and set the timing properly between the systems.

Have you thought of posting a bounty in our jobs forum and getting an experienced tech to help you?
