Which operating system should have on server to install Trixbox CE and what moor requirement
Required for installation and after installation. I have analog lines for server and I want to use ip
Phones.

You need not worry about he OS -- as Trixbox is just that - a collaboration of everything needed to setup a complete PBX. The ISO will completely prepare any equipment it is loaded on. If you want to just try it on any box - just slip in a empty harddrive and load the ISO.
The ISO prepares the server for everything but the configuration -- like extensions - providers and so on. But there are tons of users guides online that can step you through it.. if you want to test things out - download a softphone and go from there.

I HAVE 10 AGENTS, ONLY 2 IS WORKING PROPER BUT REMANING 8 ARE NOT WORKING.
WHEN I CHECKED, ENABLE SIP SETTING WAS REMOVED FORM EXT ( X-LITE ) ON PC.

as atilio said take a look at the quick install guide... under "You have a PBX now you need a phone" has the configuration for your x-lite clients
