Google toolbar plugin for Asterisk and Trixbox
This is a really neat toolbar for people using an Asterisk PBX.
1) It displays call history via dropdown RSS feed. Selecting items off the call history will dial that number, callback or redial.
2) Selecting text and clicking on the button will dial the local extension, play a "please wait" message, and then dial the number highlighted. The browser is just redirected back to the current page.
3) pasting text into the search field also dials the number, but could search the CDR table for call history of that number.
This button requires php files to be installed on the PBX, along with some context additions.
It's a very cool app that asterisk users love.
